Past Life Regression

 

TIME CORRIDOR

Firstly, induce trance and deepen using normal induction procedure. Then:

Imagine yourself standing at the end of a long corridor - a corridor of time - which stretches way back into the past in your thoughts" Imagine yourself gently and easily floating back down the corridor, and as you’re moving down the corridor imagine yourself floating back through time, as if there's no such thing as time, as if for you time has just ceased to be. This time corridor is going to take you back in time, back into a past life chosen by your subconscious.

As you drift back along the time corridor, imagine you're moving back through this lifetime, back through your adult life (pause), back through your adolescence (pause), back through your childhood (pause), back through your infancy (pause), back through the time of your birth and the time before birth in your mother's womb. The time of your birth and the time in the womb may be represented by a thin veil across the corridor. Pass through this veil and begin moving back through time before this lifetime. Back through time, getting closer and closer to the end of the time corridor. Closer and closer to a life before this one. Back and back through time, deeper and deeper inside yourself, closer and closer to the light at the end of the corridor. 

Back through time, deeper and deeper, closer and closer etc, etc. (.repeat as necessary to deepen trance).

In a few moments I'm going to count from three down to one, and with each number I'd like you to imagine yourself getting very close to the end of the corridor, very close to the past life you're about to enter. When you enter the past life you'll remain aware of the sound of my voice the whole time.

3 - getting very close to the end of the corridor - very, very close to the past life (pause).
2 - even closer now. So close, you may be able to smell some smells or hear some sounds from the life you're about to enter (pause).
1 - step out now from the end of the corridor and into a past life (pause). Take a few moments to become aware of what you're experiencing (pause).
Become aware of whether you're indoors or outdoors (pause). If it's day or night (pause). If you're alone or if there's anyone with you (pause). Look down at your feet and be aware of what you're wearing on your feet (pause), and on the rest of your body (pause). Are you a girl/boy/man/woman or something else? etc, etc 

Client can be guided through a variety of details about the life - eg, where they live; people - they live with; occupation; significant events; death etc.

  • What impressions of this life are now coming to you?
    So that you may bring the impressions more easily to your consciousness I will begin to ask you some questions.
    The impressions, the answers, may come to you in the form of visions.
    Or in the form of feelings or simply a knowledge.
    But allow the impressions to flow without reasoning,
    Relax now.
    Just let the impressions come to you.
    You desire it, it is of benefit to you.
    So just relax and let the impressions come to you.
    Where do you find yourself at this moment in time?
    Indoors? Or out of doors?
    You can now experience all around you.
    All of the impressions.
    What is the weather like?
    What is the landscape like?
    Now move in your imagination to where you live in this past life.
    Your home in this past life.
    What kind of home is it?
    Now walk into your home and look at the people inside.
    Who are these people?
    How are you related to them?
    How are they dressed?
    What are they doing?
    Can you see how the relationships relate to your current life?
    Now just imagine for a moment that you are looking at your self in the mirror. What do you see?
    How are you dressed?
    How old do you seem to be?
    All of these impressions are present.
    Just relax and let the impressions wash over you.
    And when you return to full awakening consciousness you will remember all of these impressions.
    Study again the people in your home.
    Try to see if you can relate to them in any way.
    Who do you recognise as being part of your current life experience?
    Do you have any karmic links with any of these people?
    Remember, you are experiencing all of this as an observer.
    You have a name in this past life experience.
    What do people call you?
    Your name is?
    How would you spend a typical day?
    Are you involved in a trade?
    Are you a soldier?
    What is your occupation in this past life?
    From what you can see around you, what part of the world was this past incarnation carried out in?
    Are you aware of the country in which you live?
    Are you aware of the city or town or village what you are currently in?
    Again studying the people in your home.
    Can you see if you are meeting them again in your present life?
    Can you understand why some of your current relationship are as they are with these people?
    Now just relax.
    And go deeper and deeper and deeper.
    At the count of three.
    I want you to move forward and observe the death of the life you have been observing. You wish to review the death scene in order that you may understand your present. So that you may review the entire incarnation.
    Move forward at the count of three.
    One. Two. Three.
    You have now moved in your imagination to the death experience in the life that you have been observing.
    Observe the death as you would a film.
    See how that has affected you in your present life.
    And move through the death scene now into spirit.
    What do you experience now that you are in spirit?
    Now review that life that you just observed.
    Remember the good times.
    And the bad times.
    Review the entire life as a film.
    ( PAUSE.)
    Now is the time to set aside the life experienced that you have been observing.
